Support
Help for players
Find quick answers for guest play, account sign-in, campaign progress, multiplayer reconnects, and profile settings.
Guest mode and usernames
You can start playing immediately without an account. Guest players are assigned an automatic guest username so public matches and scores do not use arbitrary names.
Campaign progress
Guest progress stays in the current browser. If you want your levels to follow you across devices, sign in and keep your profile username saved.
Multiplayer reconnect
If a player disconnects, the duel pauses briefly. Rejoin with the same identity during the reconnect window to continue the match.
Profile and avatar
Signed-in players can open their profile page to update username, email, bio, and avatar. The header and account menu use that profile identity across the app.
Before you contact the team
These quick checks solve most player-side issues.

Refresh the current page once

This helps when a room, profile image, or account status has just changed.

Rejoin with the same identity

Multiplayer reconnect and match history work best when you use the same guest identity or the same signed-in profile.

Check whether you are guest or signed in

Guest mode is instant but local. Signed-in mode is what enables cloud sync for progress and profile identity.

Common questions
The answers below cover the issues players most often run into.

Why am I seeing a guest username?

That means you are playing without signing in. Guest names are assigned automatically and saved in your browser. When you create an account or sign in, your profile username becomes your main identity instead.

Why did my campaign progress not appear on another device?

Campaign progress only syncs across devices when you are signed in. Guest progress is local to the current browser, so it will not automatically appear on another phone or computer.

What should I do if a multiplayer room looks stuck?

First, wait a few seconds for the room to refresh. If someone disconnected, the match may be inside the reconnect window. Rejoin using the same identity and room link or room code.

Why can I not see the puzzle immediately after creating a multiplayer room?

That is intentional. The round now stays hidden until both players have joined, so neither side gets the puzzle early.

Why does the leaderboard show guests and signed-in players together?

The leaderboard records both guest and signed-in play. Signed-in players are linked to their profile identity, while guest entries stay tied to their automatic guest username.

What should I include when reporting a problem?

Please share the page you were on, your username, whether you were signed in or playing as a guest, what you expected to happen, and a screenshot if possible. That makes issues much faster to trace.
